Delivery and Shipping Policy
For our Charlotte-Mecklenburg customers, orders received by 12:00 noon will be delivered by 5:00 pm the same day unless specified otherwise. For orders received after 12:00 noon, they will be delivered by 12:00 noon the following business day unless specified otherwise.

For our continental United States customers, orders received by 12:00 noon will be shipped the same day unless specified otherwise and for orders received after 12:00 noon, they will be shipped by 2:00 pm the following business day unless specified otherwise.

All orders are delivered or shipped freight free!



Recycling Program
For our Charlotte-Mecklenburg customers only, we offer a Recycling Program which not only saves natural resources but also saves our customers even more money. It’s really very simple: When we make a delivery, we pick up your ink and toner empty cartridges. To reward our customers for their environmental stewardship, we give invoice credits for each empty we collect. This HC service is a win for everyone!

Return Policy
Our Six Month from date of purchase 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is our Number One priority! As a result, our goal is to provide an easy and efficient way for you to return our cartridges.

For our Charlotte-Mecklenburg customers, please call 704-334-5844 or email Will@HardisonCartridge.com.

For our continental United States customers, please start by calling 704-334-5844 or email Will@HardisonCartridge.com. Once contacted, we will assign a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number which must accompany the item being returned. Please write this number on the exterior of the return package.

As soon as we receive your package and inspect the contents, which must include a printing sample of the problem or a note of explanation (i.e. printer will not read) of the problem, we will replace it or provide a credit with freight reimbursement. Please know you may choose any shipping service but only Ground will be considered for reimbursement.

If your printing device is changed or replaced, you may return our toner cartridge provided the cartridge has not been opened or used and that no more than 6 months have elapsed from the purchase date. Please know there will be a 20% restocking charge and an original freight amount deduction.
